Health and Wellbeing Workshop

This highly successful workshop gives delegates chance to take stock of their own health and wellbeing:

Delivered in a hands-on and fun way, this workshop motivates delegates to take responsibility for their own

health and wellbeing.

Delegates are encouraged to buddy-up with a peer for ongoing support towards their goals after the workshop.  They are also offered a follow-up e-mail to check in with their progress.

"I really enjoyed the session and it has helped me look at my life. I have the quotes in my dairy and read  them often to remind me. My goal of doing less hours at work will take time, but I am learning to slow down and have more 'me time'. I take a walk every lunch and have been out for a good long walk once or twice a week. I plan my time better now and say no if I can’t fit things in."

"The workshop reminded me of all the things I should be doing - I will now act on it!"

On average, over 80% of delegates commit to taking steps to improving their health and wellbeing.

Sixth Form Workshop:

'Feeling Good Through Sixth Form and Beyond'

A one-day set of workshops designed with the needs of sixth formers in mind.  Delivered with associates from other professions:

"The day went extremely well – we ran four workshops concurrently and also offered some bookable 1:1 sessions to students so that they had the opportunity to speak confidentially to a professional if necessary.  The feedback from the students was very positive; they all enjoyed the day and felt that it was relevant in terms of their personal development and preparation for university life."
